With this new update, Tendfor customers can now opt to exclusively record calls received through contact centre or attendant console queues. This ensures that private Teams calls involving agents are not recorded, guaranteeing compliance and saving valuable time and resources. We're delighted to offer our customers this latest feature to help them stay both compliant and secure.
Tendfor is the first platform to natively integrate with Microsoft Teams tenants using Microsoft's APIs, and has chosen to partner closely with Telesmart - the most experienced provider of Tendfor in Australia and New Zealand.
