When we started Telesmart in 2005, we were a start up with a simple idea: telecommunications should be reliable, approachable, and genuinely helpful. We never set out just to grow for growth’s sake. Instead, we focused on doing the right thing by our customers, one relationship at a time.
Over the years, that approach has taken us further than we ever expected - from our inception as a local Wellington provider, to supporting customers across New Zealand and Australia with premium technology suites. Along the way we’ve expanded our services to ensure quality of delivery, and continued to develop our offerings to stay at the forefront of the technology curve.
What hasn’t changed, though, is how seriously we take our responsibility to our customers. We believe great technology only matters if it’s backed by real support and people who care.
