Telesmart Ltd takes care to ensure that it adheres to the provisions of the Privacy Act 2020 and will only collect and use information from you for business use in accordance with the Act. Other considerations include the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007.

We gather personal information, such as your full name, email, contact, bank details, from you only for the purpose of purchase and/or other business-related activities. Information gathered will be kept secured and used by the authorized members of the company. Personal information provided to us by you would be through electronic correspondence and discussions. Your Personal information will be retained by us either or both electronically and in Hard copy. The Personal Information will be accessed only by the authorised personnel of Telesmart. These parties are required to treat this information as confidential and deal with it in accordance with this Privacy Policy and our Security Policy.

Email, Newsletters and other notices

Emails will be the best mode of conversation to maintain the electronic records. Other Newsletters or emails will be sent to you if you elect to receive. Additionally, promotional material may be sent to you promoting new products or services. We will immediately remove any person who wish to opt out from the email conversations or correspondences.
