The multi-color status LED makes it easy to find an available meeting room, even from a distance.
Book an ad-hoc meeting with a single touch on the touch panels. When inside the room, you can book the room with your voice.
The outside panel gives people insight into scheduling and the activity within the room, without disrupting the meeting inside.
A notification lets people know their room booking is about to end. If they need to extend their meeting, they can do so with their voice or a push on the touch panel.
