  • Sales Lead

    As our Sales Lead, you’ll lead a team of 8 (and growing) across Business Development, Account Management, Service Delivery, and Sales Support.

    You’ll stay close to the work - supporting key deals, guiding decisions, and maintaining momentum - while strengthening a culture of trust and follow-through.

    This is a hands-on leadership role, with a strong focus on coaching, developing capability, and bringing greater consistency to how the team operates.

    What You’ll Do: 

    • Sales Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team with clear expectations, strong accountability, and a focus on results.
    • Growth & Pipeline: Drive new business and account growth, maintaining a healthy, well-managed pipeline.
    • Client Engagement: Build trusted, long-term client relationships through a consultative, advisory-led approach.
    • Execution Discipline: Bring structure to pipeline management, forecasting, and sales cadence.
    • Team Enablement: Coach, support, and remove blockers so your team can perform at their best.
    • Collaboration: Work as part of our Leadership Team, working closely with delivery and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
    • Marketing: Shape messaging and campaigns to support sales.
    • Go-to-market Alignment: Align product, messaging and packaging to support sales.

     Who You Are 

    • 10+ years in B2B sales (technology, telco, or solutions environments preferred)
    • Experience leading and developing sales or account teams
    • A strong coaching mindset - you develop people and build capability
    • Comfortable being hands-on and close to the detail
