With over two decades of experience, Andrea is a seasoned professional, specialising in ConnectWise as well as system efficiencies and enhancements. Having climbed the ranks at a prominent MSP over the course of two decades, she thrives as an Administrative Manager, overseeing projects and understanding the ins and outs of internal systems. Andrea finds joy in problem-solving and streamlining processes.
Beyond work, Andrea enjoys hitting the open road on her Honda Rebel CMX500, spending time with family and friends or engaging in DIY projects around the house. Her favourite quote: "You can't keep doing the same thing, the same way, and expect a different result."
