Ben Mak, our Chief Operating Officer, has over 18 years working in the telecommunications industry, he is a seasoned professional. His strategy planning and process development skills have made him an awesome leader for the business.
Ben spent 11 years working in the UK for value added resellers, managed service companies and multinational telecommunications such as Cable & Wireless Worldwide and Vodafone UK. While in the UK, Ben worked with major clients like Virgin Trains and Sealy UK, providing innovative but cost-effective solutions.
Upon moving to New Zealand, Ben added a further 7 years of experience to his belt in consulting roles and developing a distribution and reseller channel for Telesmart.
When he isn't working alongside his awesome team at Telesmart, you'll catch him outside either snowboarding or hiking.
