  • Junior Account Manager and Sales Support

    About the role

    We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to proactively manage small to medium size accounts, and provide administration support to our Senior Account Managers.

    This role would suit someone who interested in a level entry career in sales, and ideally would lead to a senior account management or business development role for the right person. It is an opportunity to gain experience and build a career in professional sales.

    The ideal person will have excellent customer service skills, be initiative-taking, and not be afraid to pick up the phone or meet our customers.

    This is an opportunity to develop professional sales skills, drive customer value, build strong customer relationships and develop your knowledge.

    You will be responsible for

    Account Management

    • Managing and developing allocated Accounts as assigned.
    • Managing and contacting former and inactive Telesmart accounts to seek opportunities.
    • Managing allocated reseller/channel partner accounts.
    • Providing quotes/assisting sales team with transactional products, as directed.
    • Managing and following up Operator Connect registrations and trial expiries.

    Sales Administration

    • Assist in processing sales orders, setting up contracts and billing as and when required.
    • Providing sales support as directed by Senior Account Managers and Business Development Managers.

    Products and Services

    Selling our solutions. These include, but are not limited to:

    • Network Solutions.
    • Cyber-Security Solutions.
    • Managed Services – Desktop and Server.
    • Telephony Solutions, including Contact Centre Solutions.
    • Collaboration solutions, including Meeting Room Solutions.
    • Telecommunication Services.

    We are looking for:

    • Proven experience in customer service, face-to-face, telephone and electronic interaction with clients.
    • A self-managing collaborator who is passionate about their work.
    • A person who is willing to learn.
    • A good problem-solver who can take ownership of issues.
    • The ability to build strong relationships across a range of stakeholders.
    • High attention to detail.
    • A person who is keen for a new challenge.
